Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client office for the Benelux market as a fulltime colleague. Your valuable role will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, dealers, and stores in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product advice and support to dealers, stores, users, and colleagues.
  • Manage orders, provide pricing and delivery information, and communicate any changes to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager to manage and grow sales and profitability within the assigned area.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert them into sales.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and stores in the territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers and stores with field colleagues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
  • Excellent French (native or near-native), B2+ level Dutch, and English language proficiency.
  • Passionate about cycling (a plus).
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proactive, sales-oriented approach.
  • Solution-focused mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • MBO+ level educational background.
  • Prior experience in B2B customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, MS Dynamics CRM, and JDE.
