HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at AIG. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for completing general HR administration tasks that support the running of the HR department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices related to HR, such as solicitor fees and outplacement expenses.
  • Managing the inflow and outflow of employees, including HR cycle tasks.
  • Processing Occupational Health timesheets.
  • Completing HR Shared Services tasks.
  • Preparing and reporting on monthly payroll.
  • Coordinating sickness processes, including Wet Poortwachter and RI&E.
  • Monitoring changes in Collective Labour Agreements and the employee handbook.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide administrative support on Talent Acquisition, including creating job requisitions and offer letters, contacting agencies, and coordinating interviews.

As an HR Administrator, you will have the opportunity to participate in HR projects, gain exposure to all areas of HR, and develop project management skills.

You will also support individuals on their learning programs, ensuring successful skills development, answering queries, and acting as a first point of contact for all participants.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a high-volume and fast-paced coordination role or administration position. Knowledge of HR processes or experience within an HR administrative environment is also desirable.
