HR Administrator Role at AIG

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at AIG. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including monitoring and handling queries, processing invoices, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and handle queries in the NL HR Mailbox
  • Process invoices related to HR, such as solicitor fees and outplacement
  • Maintain employee records and perform HR cycle tasks
  • Process Occupational Health timesheets
  • Perform HR Shared Services tasks
  • Prepare and report on monthly payroll
  • Process sickness cases and maintain Collective Labour Agreement records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume coordination role or administration position
  • Knowledge of HR processes or experience within an HR administrative environment
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a large multinational organization is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably Workday and ADP
