We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at AIG. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including processing invoices, managing employee data, and coordinating talent acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process HR-related invoices and expenses
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including job postings and candidate interviews
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document preparation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
