HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at AIG. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding, including updating HR systems and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage employee records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in HR systems.
- Assist with benefits administration, including processing benefits enrollments and changes.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
