Unlock Your Potential as a Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Amersfoort. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business development of Industrial Automation solutions across our portfolio.

About the Role

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Driving sales of industrial automation software solutions in the NL territory
  • Hunting for opportunities and closing orders in a team setting
  • Creating relationships with new prospects
  • Defining sales strategies and executing those
  • Contributing to sound business plans for growth
  • Creating fit-for-purpose value propositions for digitalization solutions
  • Finding and exploring new product-market combinations
  • Achieving profitable order intake of Industrial Automation projects

Your Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation and digitalization solutions like IIoT & robotics
  • Knowledge of economics of processes and supply chain
  • Result-oriented ('hunter' skills), target driven and excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Competitive and dynamic attitude, bold and efficient approach towards internal and external stakeholders
  • A self-starter, good team player, creative dealmaker with strong perseverance
  • Ability to interact successfully with CEO's, discipline managers, plant managers, procurement, account manager, and business consultant roles

Estimated Salary Range

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary range for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
