Job Description

The IT Support Intern will work closely with the corporate Technology & Business Solutions team based in The Netherlands, assisting with ticket management, problem resolution, installations, and registration of new hardware. This role requires flexibility and initiative, ensuring optimal performance, security, and stability in the IT experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Follows an IT-related study with a minimum level of MBO 3;
  • Has a good command of the English language and excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to deal with various people tactfully, courtesy, and professionally while maintaining confidentiality;

  • Passion for the hospitality industry;
Operational Tasks
  • Assist with high-quality and timely support for technical support cases and problem resolution in line with Service Level Agreements;
  • Checking and raising Purchase Orders;
  • Approving ad hoc and recurring expenditures;
  • Registering Operational and Capital Expenditures for the department;
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations;
  • Procuring suitable equipment from vendors;
  • Communicating with vendors;
  • Maintaining documentation processes in reference manuals;
Business Development

This role involves working on projects related to the Technology & Business Solutions department, such as license and contract management, policies & procedures administration, and more.
