About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and contracting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving the development of the South American market across all segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and contract new clients to drive business growth
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Represent Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam at various events and organize own events to engage clients
  • Manage accounts and oversee the development of the South American market
Requirements
  • Commercial or hospitality education at HBO level
  • Proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Confident, creative, and persevering individual
