Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Desk Support Specialist to join our team at STAFIDE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Identify and implement initiatives to reduce attrition rates and improve productivity within assigned accounts.
- Service Delivery: Conduct value addition activities to enhance productivity and execute Profit Improvement Plans to drive revenue growth.
- Team Management: Manage team responsibilities and project deliverables to ensure completion within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Financial Management: Oversee the generation of account-level revenue and profitability, and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
- Client Retention: Ensure the retention of accounts up for renewal and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing desk side services or related fields, with a focus on account management, attrition reduction, and productivity improvement.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability in handling budget management, cost analysis, and implementing effective strategies to meet financial goals.
- Leadership Skills: Strong skills in customer satisfaction management and account retention, with experience in team management and ensuring project deliverables meet SLAs.
