You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial troubleshooting with clients to identify issues.
- Manage the processing of returned products requiring service, including part replacements and device exchanges.
- Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests efficiently.
- Document and report all customer complaints and product failures in accordance with our quality standards.
- Provide phone support to address customer queries and guide them on product usage.
- Recognize potential training needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the logistics of delivering products and parts to customers.
- Collaborate closely with various teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a repository of frequently asked questions to streamline support.
- Communicate product improvement suggestions to relevant departments.
- Contribute to the efficiency of customer support processes and procedures.
- Utilize sound judgment within established policies to achieve goals while remaining adaptable to changes.
- Review customer interactions to ensure resolution of issues.

Qualifications:
- Understanding of basic engineering principles and troubleshooting techniques.
