  • Develop and maintain excellent guest relationships, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the development of the restaurant's wine list, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with the hotel's standards.
  • Serve guests with precision and attention to detail, adhering to the hotel's and Michelin's service standards.
