Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Porter/Lobby Host to join our team. As a Porter/Lobby Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide information and assistance to guests, including directions, recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Luggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage, including carrying, storing, and retrieving.
  • Valet Parking: Park guests' cars in our underground parking (valet parking).
  • Front Desk Support: Assist the front desk team with check-in, check-out, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 25 years old.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license (Category B) and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Service Skills: Have a proven record of delivering quick and genuine service.
  • Language Skills: Exhibit excellent language and communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second language being an added advantage.
