The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Product Support Engineer to join our Customer Support Business Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process capability gaps, chamber matching, and defect issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge management systems, and training materials to support customer and internal teams.
  • Participate in knowledge management activities to share learning and best practices worldwide.
  • Travel up to 30% to support customer sites and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience developing, manufacturing, or supporting capital equipment.
  • High tech background with relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with working in a semiconductor fab environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, customers, and internal partners.

  • Leadership experience in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
