Executive Administrative Coordinator

Position: Administrative Officer II in the General Office, School of Public Health
This role is a two-year fixed-term appointment, which includes a contract-end gratuity and a University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, amounting to a total of up to 10% of the basic salary. Renewal of the contract is possible, contingent upon satisfactory performance.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a solid University degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the higher education sector. At least 2 years of this experience should be in a supervisory capacity, demonstrating a successful history in student services and/or program administration. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential, along with strong leadership and communication abilities. The capability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines is crucial. Familiarity with student career placement, experiential learning, internships, or exchange programs will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be part of the General Office team, managing the student lifecycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with both local and international stakeholders, contributing to student recruitment and retention efforts, providing committee services, coordinating events, and overseeing exchange and placement programs. Engagement with alumni and participation in special projects as assigned will also be required. Occasional work outside of standard office hours and on weekends may be necessary.
Compensation: A competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience, alongside annual leave and medical benefits.
