Explore the opportunity to work with a dynamic and young hotel company, Leonardo Hotels Support Office, as a skilled Group Reservations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing groups of 10-200 guests across our 16 hotels in the Benelux region.
About the RoleYou will be handling group requests from inception to departure, ensuring seamless planning and execution. Your tasks will include accepting applications, creating quotes, arranging room lists, and coordinating with internal departments. You will also be responsible for contractual settlements, invoicing, and organizing additional services like meals or event participation.
Our processes are flexible, and we encourage creativity and innovation. If you have experience in event management or a similar position, excellent planning skills, and a Hospitality-related education, we want to hear from you
