**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
As a Coordinator Group Reservations you are responsible for groups of 10 to 200 guests who visit our 16 hotels in the Benelux, both for leisure and business purposes. You organize everything from the request that comes in, to the moment they leave the hotel. You are not operationally responsible, but you send a document with all information and the planning of the group stay to the relevant hotel.

**WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?**
- You have some experience in event management or a simular position;
- You can plan and organize well and set priorities
- A Hospitality-related education (Hogere Hotelschool, Facility Management) is an advantage;
- The stability of an administrative position suits you;
- You have good knowledge of the English language in word and writing.
- This role is suitable for a starter looking to begin their professional career within the hotel industry.

**SUPPORT OFFICE**

A young, fresh, stubborn hotel company, that takes a slightly different approach. That is Leonardo Hotels. We operate in the Benelux with 16 hotels. The employees of our Support Office work for all these hotels and perform tasks related to their department. The departments Sales, Human Resources, Revenue, Marketing and Finance are centralized and work together for the hotels in the Benelux. A permanent workplace? Not for us We regularly visit the hotels and occasionally work at the offices located at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. Every day is different and that makes our work fun and challenging We consider your development very important and organize several training courses in your field or offer the option of a personal development plan. We have numerous examples of employees who have progressed to other departments and leadership positions.

- A starting salary of Euro 2280 gross per month.
- We offer you a supplement of 15% in the weekends and 70% travel allowance if you live further than 10 kilometers from your work, with a maximum of € 10.71 per day.
