Customer Relations Manager

At IKEA, we're looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for building and retaining long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and retain relationships with new and existing customers
- Secure customer satisfaction throughout their shopping experience
- Lead and manage the customer relations department to achieve business goals
- Work in partnership with all business functions to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Drive a customer-focused culture and support customer and coworker behavior in an omnichannel environment
- Passionate about working with people and inspiring, coaching, and leading change
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a true IKEA ambassador
- Believes in the impact of good team development and its key role in achieving good results
- Visionary, strategic, and proactive in building relationships with customers
- Can translate customer insights into clear tactics to enhance the customer experience
- A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €6,000, depending on knowledge and experience
- A 13th month and 8% holiday pay
- A collective bonus scheme
- Travel costs for public transport reimbursed
