Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across various departments, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations, and providing strategic support to department heads.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational frameworks and guidelines in collaboration with department heads;
  • Support department heads in realizing their vision, provide guidance, and facilitate growth;
  • Optimize work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity;
  • Solve complex operational IT issues effectively;
  • Monitor budgets, track margins, and develop action plans for budget overruns;
  • Identify areas for improvement and offer targeted support to department heads;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a department head, preferably in the Front Office and F&B sectors;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • A creative and empathetic approach to coaching and mentoring employees;
  • A hands-on mentality with the ability to make informed decisions;
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch languages;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards;
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary above the Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement in scale 11, ranging from €4,195.39 to €5,515.27 based on experience ( Accor starts at period 4 instead of 1);
