Your Mission at CYCLE Mobility Holding GmbH- Perform regular safety checks and maintenance on our e-bikes to ensure they are in top condition for our customers.
- Diagnose and repair recurring problems, sharing findings and solutions with the team as needed.
- Manage spare parts in our storage to ensure optimal equipment.
- Take responsibility for your fleet, from initial inspection to final acceptance.
- Provide on-site service to maintain and repair e-bikes directly at our partner companies.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by actively gathering feedback and encouraging dialogue.
- Technical understanding and relevant personal experience.
- Passion for working with e-bikes and bicycles, with the ability to perform minor repairs.
- Fluency in English.
- Full-time position with varied working hours.
- Class B driver's license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel daily for work to various regions.
- Varied work in the dynamic mobility sector.
