Job Description

The successful candidate will advise squads, individual squad members, and stakeholders within the Delivery Organisation to improve their skills and performance. They will lead the desired change to create maximum performance in every aspect and effectively detect and solve problems impeding progress.

The expert will train squads and challenge them to continuously improve their way of working, creating high-performing teams through challenging, coaching, and inspiring content and processes.

This includes:

  • Challenging relevant stakeholders to improve their way of working.
  • Creating collaboration mechanisms between squads, POs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in processes and collaboration, providing methods to solve these problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
  • 5+ years of proven practical experience with Lean, Agile, Change Management, and IT.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (C2 level) and current residency in the Netherlands.
  • Knowledge of the Wholesale Banking industry, preferably including Cash Pool and Netting knowledge.

  • A salary tailored to your qualities and experience: €80,000 - €110,000 per year.
  • A 36 or 40-hour workweek.
  • Individual leave: 24+2 individual holiday days based on a 36-hour workweek.
