Sales and Business Development Manager for Sustainable Energy Solutions

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future. You'll be responsible for acquiring key accounts, fostering relationships with influencers, and providing valuable insights on trends and customer needs.
Your Impact- You'll own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing for our customers.
- You'll contribute to the setup and execution of our sales strategy within an international team.
- You'll acquire comprehensive, multi-location key accounts by independently identifying important contacts.
- You'll maintain contacts within your key accounts to grow a sales pipeline.
- You'll build relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers.
- You'll help us continue to grow while providing valuable insights on trends, customer needs, sales, products, and marketing.
- A competitive salary with a fixed and variable component (€80,000 - €110,000 per annum).

- A business or engineering degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in B2B high-quality hardware products.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in coordinating and organizing a national sales team.
- A high degree of customer orientation and professional appearance.
- Professional communication skills in Dutch and English.
