About the Role

Pfizer is seeking a skilled Healthcare Partner to join our medical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing clinical studies and leveraging your project management skills to plan, direct, and communicate timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical studies and oversee the development of study startup, study monitoring, and protocol recruitment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and data management functions to ensure alignment on data flow and timely delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver site intelligence initiatives and work with various stakeholders to create awareness and drive results.
  • Approve study startup, study monitoring, and protocol recruitment plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience (Manager level) or 7+ years of experience (Senior Manager level)
  • Applicable pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, monitoring, clinical, and regulatory operations
  • Demonstrated project management/leadership experience
  • Experience with CRO oversight
  • Ability to evaluate, interpret, and present complex issues and data to support risk
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
