Are you ready to combine your technical skills with business acumen and drive growth for Texas Instruments? Our FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program is designed to prepare you for a customer-oriented career that pairs technical expertise with business perspectives.

Program Overview

The FAST Program is a 7-month experience that aims to teach Technical Sales Associates (TSAs) how to build and manage customer relationships, influence decisions, and drive revenue growth. The program includes three rotations:

Rotation 1: Field Sales Office (FSO) at High Tech Campus in Eindhoven

During this 3-month rotation, you'll be part of TI's team in Eindhoven, engaging with customers, product management, R&D, and marketing teams. You'll learn how to connect the right dots to uncover and win every possible opportunity.

Rotation 2: Product Marketing

This 2-month rotation focuses on the relationship between sales and a particular product line. You'll understand product life cycles, roadmap development, marketing approaches, and ways to collaborate with product marketing to win at the customer.

Rotation 3: Sales Operations

This 2-month rotation provides first-hand experience working with the pricing and customer service teams. You'll focus on pricing models, supply chain functions, price negotiation, and an overview of pricing guidelines, laws, procedures, and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial aspects of customer relationships
  • Find and quantify leads, understand customer organization
  • Use technical expertise, various sales tools, and relationships with engineering teams to identify projects
  • Receive quotation requests and work on business proposals together with your technical counterparts
  • Work on action plans to design in TI components and drive internal business escalations
  • Develop, forecast, and monitor an annual plan for revenue growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral communication skills
  • Basic technical understanding of schematics, layouts, and IC components
  • Ability to influence decisions through a sense of urgency and competitive drive
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and master new tools and situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
