We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Eindhoven. As a Sales and Applications Development Program participant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer relationship management, sales, and applications engineering.


The program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in sales and applications engineering, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our sales and applications teams to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Work closely with sales and applications teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in sales and applications engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
