About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Men's business in the EU Region. As a key member of our Buying team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute European merchandise plans, analyzing future trends and market performance to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Global and European Product Teams to identify opportunities for improving the product assortment and drive business results.
  • Lead end-to-end buying activities, from collection development to market execution and post-market reconciliation, ensuring alignment with company targets.
  • Create aligned assortments with Ecom to drive DTC business and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Merchandise Planning, Trade & Allocation, and Collection Merchandising.
  • Lead and communicate effectively with a team of Retail Merchandisers/Buyers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in a relevant role within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Able to work independently and proactively, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for product.
  • Team player with a can-do mentality, embracing change and driving results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
