We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Buying CK Full Price to join our team at PVH Europe. As a key member of our Buying Department, you will be responsible for leading the Men's business in the EU Region, developing and implementing best-in-class product strategies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute European merchandise plans, analyzing future trends, current business, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with Global and European Product Teams to identify gaps in the line plan and recommend improvements to the assortment.
- Lead end-to-end buying activities, from collection development to market preparation and execution, post-market reconciliation, sales analysis, and feedback gathering.
- Create aligned assortments with Ecom to drive DTC business and consumer messaging.
- Review seasonal assortments relative to the merchandise plan and ensure they meet company targets.
- Communicate key global product initiatives to relevant departments and affiliated offices, ensuring timely launches.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels by market.
- Provide product knowledge support to Stores to drive sales and service, and generate excitement within our retail channels.
- Lead team members in cross-functional teams toward business and profitability objectives, monitoring progress and defining strategies to correct problems.
- Build a high-performing team through talent development, creating individual and team goals based on performance metrics, and providing clear and frequent feedback.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in a relevant role within the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with a command of the English language (written and spoken), and additional European languages a plus.
- Able to work independently and proactively, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Team player with a can-do mentality, embracing change and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Hard worker with a flexible and solution-oriented approach, able to live the PVH values of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Team Mentality, Respect, Simplicity, Ownership, and Youthful Spirit.
- International background and mindset, with the ability to understand and interact with different cultures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other retail-specific software a plus.
