Overview

At PVH, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Buying CK Full Price to join our European Buying Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive the success of our Men's business in the EU Region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage European merchandise plans by analyzing future trends and current business performance.
  2. Collaborate with Global and European Product Teams to identify potential gaps in the line plan and recommend improvements.
  3. Lead end-to-end buying activities, including market preparation and execution, post-market reconciliation, sales analysis, and feedback gathering.
  4. Create aligned assortments with Ecom to drive Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business and consumer messaging.
  5. Review seasonal assortments relative to the merchandise plan and ensure they meet company targets.
  6. Communicate key global product initiatives to relevant departments and affiliated offices, ensuring timely launches.
  7. Collaborate with Merchandise Planning to monitor yearly and seasonal budgets and inventory plans by country.
  8. Prepare market presentations with line and product direction, style assortments, and pricing.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels by market.
  10. Provide core and seasonal product knowledge support to Stores to drive sales and service.
  11. Communicate closely with stakeholders to understand buying trends, competitor developments, consumer insights, etc.
  12. Lead team members in achieving business and profitability objectives, monitoring progress, and defining strategies to correct problems.
  13. Lead and communicate effectively with a team of Retail Merchandisers/Buyers, fostering a dynamic, open, diverse, and respectful team environment.
  14. Anticipate and plan for future business and organizational needs.
Requirements
  1. At least 12+ years of experience in a relevant role within the industry.
  2. Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language (written and spoken), and additional European languages a plus.
  3. Ability to work independently and proactively.
  4. Accurate, with a love for details and a neat presentation.
  5. Team player, with a can-do mentality and a willingness to adapt to change.
  6. Hard worker, flexible, multitasking, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize.
  7. Live the PVH values: Entrepreneurial mindset, Team mentality, Respect, Simplicity, Ownership, and Youthful spirit.
  8. Command of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other retail-specific software a plus.
  9. Enthusiast and willing to take on the Calvin Klein Brand Ambassador role.
