Key ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial Contract Manager will play a critical role in supporting the business and its customers by educating, influencing, and advising key stakeholders on commercial best practices. This includes:
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts on a timely basis to the mutual satisfaction of both parties
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to minimize risk and maximize opportunities
- Providing commercial solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with CBRE contracting standards and policies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience in a commercial role, with a focus on contract negotiation and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement commercial strategies
- Experience working with industry-standard forms of contract, such as FIDIC, JCT, and NEC
