Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line system support for multiple sites, managing operational issues and prioritizing tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, communicating with relevant stakeholders and escalating issues as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of transport and warehouse processes, monitoring follow-up actions and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proofing system issues in the test environment and suggesting structural solutions.
- Collaborate with Logistics Engineering and Operations to implement customer requirements and process changes.
- 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse operations or coordination role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient level of English, with experience working with MS Office and TMS/WMS systems.
- Ability to work in shift rotation, with occasional travel between warehouses.
- Competitive salary of €16.21 per hour.
- Attractive shift allowance of 130% after 18:00.
