About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Intern in People Business Partners. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rollout of global initiatives and working on various HR-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the People Business Partner for Global Commerce in the rollout of global initiatives
  • Work on various HR-related projects in different fields of interest, such as Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Succession Management
  • Develop a close connection to the business and gain a comprehensive understanding of the People function at the HEINEKEN Head Office

Requirements
