Product Director for Partner Payments

About the Role
This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong product management background and expertise in the Fintech industry. As the Director of Product for Partner Payments, you will lead a team of product managers and be responsible for the end-to-end product area of Partner Payments.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers through 2 layers of management.
- Collaborate with the Fintech Leadership team, partnership teams, and 3rd party vendors.
- Have end-to-end responsibility for the Partner Payments product area, leading different tracks and product teams to achieve objectives and critical metrics.
- Craft the outstanding Partner experience.
- Collaborate closely with technology management and leadership to ensure alignment in strategy, collaboration in teamwork, and overall effective use of development resources.
- Lead directly and indirectly the product, UX, Copy, Research, PMM teams and individuals in the area to have an alignment on goals, objectives, ways of working, teamwork to build an optimised organisation that is delivering high quality experiences and solutions to our partners.
- Lead the yearly/semester/quarterly planning and design of initiatives which drive our ABU growth, support the connected trip and strengthen our foundations.
- Lead the collaboration with other tracks in and outside the Fintech department to align on Strategy, Compliance, working e2e flows and more.
- Drive and lead the strategic direction of the track, also for non-product activities, and challenge the direction of other teams.
- Be part of the extended leadership team of Booking.com and more importantly the FinTech Products team.
- Drive the success of the business and be responsible for the measurement and delivery of the critical metrics and report on team/track performance and business impact.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company and Fintech BU.
- Build an organisation that systematically and consistently drives strategy and delivers great product experiences.
- Actively contribute to driving product management as a function across the company and Fintech BU.
- Contribute to the growth of Booking.com through interviewing, onboarding and other recruitment efforts.
- Empower people to do their best at Booking.com.
