Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering, Delft University of Technology. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and validation of methodologies for fatigue and damage tolerance of adhesively bonded composite structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent research into fatigue and damage tolerance of adhesively bonded composite structures
  • Assist in education delivered by the Aerospace Structures and Materials department
  • Communicate research results via journal articles, conference presentations, and meetings with project partners
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you should have a PhD degree in a relevant field, such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field. You should also have a strong background in fatigue and damage tolerance of composite structures, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
