About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing investor requests, reporting, materials, and communications throughout the investor life cycle.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including finance and portfolio teams, to execute strategy and deliver on promises to investors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client care activities for defined funds or separate accounts
  • Serve as key contact for day-to-day investor queries
  • Distribute investor welcome packs, standard reporting, and formal communications
  • Organize Investor meetings and Advisory Board meetings, taking minutes when necessary
  • Assist with the production and coordination of all product communications
  • Contribute to proposed marketing activity
  • Produce RFPs (managing the process and writing specific responses)
  • Facilitate client onboarding by acting as a central liaison
  • Responsible for document, data, and systems management
  • Manage Salesforce CRM platform dashboards, content, tracking, closings, and pipeline

Requirements

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Pro-active and able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, including strong writing skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and confident in speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure
