Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Back Office of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating debt collections related to M&O invoices in The Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reminders for delayed payments
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all parties involved
- Generate and communicate monthly overviews for key accounts
- Liaise with invoicing staff regarding disputes
- Initiate quarterly debt collection meetings with the marine department
Requirements
- Higher Vocational Education and relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language
- Proficiency in MS Products (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Pro-active team player
- Accurate
