Talent Acquisition Specialist for Global Customer Relations

Rituals is a rapidly expanding company with a strong presence in the global market. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and inspire our recruiters for the global Customer Relations department.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment processes, and coaching and guiding their team to achieve their goals.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will work closely with the Customer Relations department to plan and forecast recruitment needs, and will be responsible for ensuring that our recruitment targets are met. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong employer brand, and for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and will be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
