Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for the Customer Relations team, focusing on talent pooling and employer branding.
  • Manage and coach a team of recruiters to achieve inflow targets and improve recruitment processes.
  • Work closely with the Customer Relations department to plan and forecast recruitment needs.
  • Focus on recruitment metrics, KPIs, and objectives to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  • Organize and execute talent pool events and meet-ups to attract top talent.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide excellent candidate experience.
