Your Role
To support this growth, we are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee and inspire our recruitment team within the global Customer Relations (CR) division. You will collaborate with your team of two direct reports to strengthen and stabilize the Customer Relations unit while achieving recruitment targets. Your passion for initiating improvements and coaching your team will be essential in elevating our recruitment processes. By working closely with the CR department on strategic planning and forecasting, you will proactively address recruitment needs and ensure targets are met. Your enthusiasm for recruitment metrics, KPIs, and objectives will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhancing candidate experience and stakeholder engagement to attract the best talent for Rituals.
- Developing the CR recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives to meet business requirements.
- Leading recruitment efforts for Team Leads, Traffic Controllers, and other essential roles within the CR team.
- Providing coaching, guidance, and support to your team members.
- Organizing and executing successful talent pool events while nurturing and expanding talent pools.
- Acting as a strategic partner and talent advisor for the Customer Relations business, ensuring team success.
- Exhibiting excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
