Key Responsibilities- Manage and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve inflow targets and grow the Customer Relations team.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve recruitment processes.
- Work closely with the Customer Relations department to plan and forecast recruitment needs.
- Focus on talent pooling, including events and meet-ups, to ensure the best candidates are hired.
- Coach and guide the team to deliver successful recruitment campaigns and maintain a strong employer brand.
- Deliver numerous successful events and maintain and grow the talent pools.
- Be a strategic thinker and a great sparring partner for the designated Customer Relations business.

Frederik van Zeggeren (Talent Acquisition) will contact you within 10 working days for an introductory meeting via Teams.
