About the Role

Rituals is a rapidly growing company with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and support our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve inflow targets and grow the Customer Relations team.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve recruitment processes.
  • Work closely with the Customer Relations department to plan and forecast recruitment needs.
  • Focus on talent pooling, including events and meet-ups, to ensure the best candidates are hired.
  • Coach and guide the recruitment team to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Deliver successful recruitment events and maintain and grow the talent pool.
  • Be a strategic thinker and a great sparring partner for the Customer Relations business.
