About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at LOGEX Group B.V. As a key member of our Customer Support Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex problems to senior support specialists as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informative support to customers.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets by providing exceptional support and service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, new features, and technical developments to ensure that customers receive the best possible support.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of software and technology.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
