What You'll Be Doing
General Overview:
The Customer Onboarding Specialist serves as a vital link between the sales and support teams. This role is essential in providing crucial assistance and direction to new clients, guiding them through the initial phases of product utilization. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients and implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies to enhance revenue potential while reducing churn rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding new clients, addressing inquiries, managing objections, and maintaining engagement.
- Assist clients in setting up and navigating software or programs (Portal, app).
- Drive business growth by understanding client objectives and maximizing value through upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current products/services, processes, policies, and industry trends.
- Analyze client data to enhance the customer experience, aiding sales/business in identifying consumption trends and reaching out to clients.
- Remove obstacles hindering clients' objectives, including product implementation challenges, support issues, or knowledge gaps.
- Enhance product adoption, client retention, and foster positive relationships that cultivate a loyal customer base.
Additional Responsibilities:
May undertake other duties as deemed necessary by management from time to time.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of MBO or HBO.
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving objectives and embracing new challenges.
- Technologically adept with the ability to quickly learn and explain new products.
- Analytical and innovative in providing solutions for clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including strong presentation abilities.
- Solid commercial insight.
