We are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented IT Onsite Technician to join our dynamic and international team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert assistance and troubleshooting services to our clients, ensuring seamless IT operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other technical tools and products
  • Deliver first and second-level technical support, including calls, tickets, and user interactions
  • Respond promptly to IT-related questions from end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Document all end-user interactions in our customer ticket system, 'Service Now'
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles to support our technical support team
  • Develop and deliver IT onboarding training to new starters
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving process enhancements and best practices

Requirements:

  • Fluent language skills in Dutch and English, with additional languages a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, handling multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, with a strong sense of organization
  • Team player with a supportive personality
  • Experience in regulated IT environments is a plus
  • Candidates must provide a recent criminal record check
