About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our IT support department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for 400+ users across 5 locations in the Benelux, responding to and resolving escalated helpdesk tickets from Tier I support staff.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Infrastructure and Business Systems teams to improve local support services and systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Take ownership of and improve on all local support services and systems, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies, with a focus on proactive enablement and support of the business.
  • Work closely with a small team of colleagues in the Netherlands and Belgium to ensure seamless IT support.
Requirements
  • Extensive and varied IT-related knowledge and customer service skills, including experience with Service Now or a similar service management tool.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of providing excellent technical support.
  • Demonstrated experience with technologies such as SCCM, ITSM Systems, Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Strong log analysis skills, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of common sense, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, with a high level of organization, confidence, and self-motivation.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with knowledge of French a plus.
