Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team in the Benelux region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with a proven track record of selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, directly engaging with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side, and collaborating with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success.

Requirements- Years of seasoned experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with demonstrated success in selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations.
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English (C1 or above).
- We prioritize flexible working arrangements in a hybrid set-up, allowing you to work fully remotely anywhere within the Netherlands, voluntarily join occasional team get-togethers in our office space in downtown Amsterdam, or even work abroad from any part of the world for up to two months in a year.
