Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify, develop, and present new business opportunities
  • Support the Sales team administratively including correspondence, preparing reports
  • Maintain guest profiles, contacts, and additional necessary records used in the Sales department
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, proposals, and track the completion status
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of Internal and external meetings, such as commercial meetings, site inspections, client events
Requirements:
  • Must be self-directed, motivated, and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions
  • Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and time management skills
