Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developing business with existing and potential new clients, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand Ipsos Simstore's presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the project management team to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Represent Ipsos Simstore at conferences and external events to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the shopper research industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
