About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Semrush. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the German-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and qualify new business leads, and develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including social media, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and deliver high-quality proposals to potential clients, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with our customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of success in the German-speaking market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: Degree in marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Language: Native or bilingual German and English.
