Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

Are you passionate about driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in the hospitality industry?
This role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for maximizing revenue for our TVHG hotels in the Netherlands. You will maintain and optimize strategic partnerships with IHG and Hilton's Sales & Marketing teams, negotiate and close contracts with existing and new clients, and identify and manage strategic partnerships with commercial partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, activating, and optimizing top accounts
- Continuously seeking new business opportunities that contribute to the hotels' commercial objectives
- Organizing and participating in commercial events, networking gatherings, trade shows, and conferences
- Daily meetings with other commercial departments and General Managers of the hotels to represent the interests of TVHG, clients, and guests
- Efficiently tracking activities and results in the CRM and other reports
- Defending client performance and proactively proposing activities based on results
- Analyzing data, reports, and research findings to continually discover new opportunities
- Contributing to teamwork by supporting and encouraging colleagues
We operate 11 hotels in the Netherlands, all under franchise agreements with globally recognized brands: Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Hampton By Hilton. Our central support office in Amsterdam Sloterdijk provides HR, Finance, Revenue & Sales, and Operations services to our hotels.

We offer a salary in line with the collective labor agreement (CLA), 5 weeks of vacation per year, 8% holiday pay, a collective bonus scheme, access to a lease car, mobile phone, and laptop, and attractive discounts at over 6,000 Hilton and IHG hotels worldwide.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the international hotel industry. You should have in-depth knowledge of the (international) hotel market, independence, a keen eye for new opportunities, and a drive to improve processes. Strong networking skills, a proven track record in client relationships, and excellent proficiency in both English and Dutch are essential. Analytical skills to translate data into targeted actions, a sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills are also required. A team player with a sense of humor is a must.
