Are you a seasoned sales professional with experience working in the logistics industry? Do you have a passion for the delivery process of containers?

We are seeking a Logistics Sales Manager to join our team at Independent Recruiters Group.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical sales support for tank container sales to both new and existing clients. This will include:

  • Creating and communicating technical and business proposals to clients;
  • Preparation of market forecast reports by gathering up-to-date market and customer data from Europe;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through top-notch support;
  • Development of action and marketing plans for the sale of tank containers in the European region;
  • Participation in the marketing and sales of other initiatives of the organization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical sales support background from tank container and equipment supplier agents;
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in sciences or equivalent;
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales abilities, including the ability to create sales plans and strategies, negotiate with clients, establish and manage positive relationships, and network with clients;
  • Experience as a fast thinker combined with solid analytical and planning abilities to meet client demands and guarantee business partners meet our goals;
  • Sound tank container expertise, business-to-business sales experience, technical comprehension, effective presentation abilities, and fluency in both English and other languages;
  • Openness to travel;
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate well at all levels internally and externally.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is 4000-5000 EUR per month, based on full-time work, depending on current knowledge and experience.
