Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Undutchables, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where relationship management and sales go hand-in-hand. Your primary focus will be on nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new customers in the French region.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts throughout the region, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Sales and Acquisition: Proactively acquire new customers to stimulate business growth, and identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly resolving any complaints or issues, and maintaining regular communication with key accounts.
- Travel and Development: Travel at least four times per year to visit clients, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities, while continuously expanding your expertise in product knowledge and market development.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of success in account management and sales.
- Language: Fluent in French and English.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a commercial mindset, and affinity with E-commerce and Business Intelligence.
- Education: Possession of a valid driver's license.
